Already have yerba mate at home, or want to choose your own? This kit covers the hardware: a sturdy gourd, a stainless steel bombilla (the filtered straw that makes gourd drinking possible) and a brush to keep it clean.

How to use it: pack the gourd two-thirds full, tilt, moisten with cool water, set the bombilla and top up with hot (not boiling) water. Our brewing guide walks you through it with photos.
