Still haven’t actually tried out your product but I’m sure I will enjoy and benefit when I eventually get time to prepare and start to use. I have one minor well not so minor actually complaint I have today received a second batch delivered to myself when I know that I never intended for this product YesMate Yerba Mate to be anything other than a one off trial purchase then if I so desired I would repurchase as and when I would choose to. It appears that for some reason your company has put me on some sort of subscription for me to receive a second batch this is also the very same kit as before which includes the Starter Kit Gourd. This in fact seems to be a reoccurring facet of ordering products on Facebook this is now the fourth product this has happened with. I will inform my Bank to make no further payments to Yes Mate so it is my suggestion you remove myself from any subsequent subscription order as I know for sure I never pressed any subscription box for yourselves to keep sending out this product on a regular schedule when I eventually run out of the now 4 pack’s and 2 Gourds if indeed I like I will not hesitate to reorder, but please don’t send any more of your product as stated my Bank will be instructed tomorrow not to make another payment to your company until I instruct them to do so. Would really appreciate a reply to this email and once again please remove me from any subscription account I have accidentally or you have accidentally created.
